Committed to sustainable change.

AgriUnity's work is built on three commitments that guide everything we do — from the first conversation with a farmer to the moment their product reaches a customer's hands. We educate, we demonstrate, and we guide, because sustainable change in agriculture requires all three.

  • Educate

Knowledge is the foundation of every thriving farm. AgriUnity equips farmers with the science and business understanding they need to operate at their full potential — whether they grow produce or raise cattle.

  • Demonstrate

Seeing is believing. AgriUnity doesn't just teach best practices — we put them to work on real farms, in real markets, so that other farmers can see what's possible and know the path is real.

  • Guide

AgriUnity walks alongside every farmer we serve — providing individualized assessments, targeted resources, and hands-on support that moves each farm forward at its own stage of development.

Educate

  • Soil & Sustainable Practices

We train farmers in sustainable soil health, responsible cultivation, and environmentally sound farming methods that build long-term land productivity and yield nutrient-rich crops.

  • Cattle Science & Genetics

we educate cattle producers on genetic selection, controlled breeding seasons, optimal nutrition, and pre-conditioning programs that improve herd quality and command premium prices.

  • Market & Business Literacy

We teach farmers how to understand their costs, price their products, build their brand, and navigate the business side of farming — from WIC program authorization to farmers market operations to retail beef marketing.

  • Post Harvesting Handling

We train produce farmers in proper post-harvest handling, packaging, cold storage practices, and waste reduction strategies that protect product quality and maximize return on every harvest.

Demonstrate

  • On-Farm Workshops & Field Days

We host hands-on workshops and field days at participating farms, where producers can see improved cattle management, produce handling, and market-ready practices in action on operations they identify with. We demonstrate that small family farm-produced beef can move directly into the retail supply chain.

  • Collective Power at the Market

At Farmer’s Markets, we demonstrate what farmer-centered market participation looks like — farmers came together, sharing tents, transportation, and logistics— and doubled their sales in two weeks. The collective model is one AgriUnity is actively replicating across the United States and the Caribbean

Guide

  • Individualized Farm Assessments

We meet every farmer where they are. Some need cold storage. Others need help with irrigation, packaging, or navigating a farmers market for the first time. AgriUnity assesses farm's unique needs and provides targeted resources to move them forward.

  • Market Access

We actively guide farmers through the process of securing market opportunities — from obtaining WIC authorization to setting up a farmers market booth to getting cattle into a truckload marketing program. We open doors and walk alongside farmers.

  • Infrastructure & Logistics

From retrofitting trailers to coordinating harvest timing to managing cold chain logistics, AgriUnity provides the operational guidance that helps farmers move their product safely and efficiently from field to consumer.

  • Long-term Farm Viability

Our guidance doesn't end at the first market day. AgriUnity invests in farmers' long-term capacity to operate profitable, efficient, and market-ready agricultural businesses — building resilience that outlasts any single season or program.

“Every farmer we serve should have what they need to bring safe, healthy, nutritious food from their fields into the hands of their community, and to be fairly compensated for doing so.”
